Responsibilities IT Maintain, monitor and proactively find solutions to issues that has been detected or reported. Report to supervisor any speculations or suspicions of problems that has or could occur. This refers to situations and tasks that the employee cannot pinpoint or fix on his/her own. General Perform daily logistical tasks in the coworking space such as (not limited to): � Make sure that the water gallons are refilled and replaced � Refill paper and inks in the printer � Identify broken lights, power plugs and make sure that it gets communicated and fixed. � Make sure that we have a sufficient amount of hotspot vouchers in the cashbox and print new if needed � Register new members and take payments � Giving tour of the space and explanation on coworking and Kumpul membership plans to new visitors � Monitor the check-in/check-out time of the members � Setup TV and conferencing equipment for events � Help members and clients in solving problems to receive the service that we are providing (not including personal IT support for problems not related to the services that we are providing). All work of trivial nature should be done on own initiative and command and reported up to supervisor if outside of the normal routine. Work should be done by the employee or delegated if applicable (such as work that is normally part of someone else�s responsibility, e.g. cleaning tasks). Training & Learning opportunity The employee will be trained by the employer in using the systems that are included in his/her area of responsibility. The employee will be provided a learning opportunity for deeper understanding if the current level is not already exceeding the expectations in areas such as: � Mikrotik/RouterOS � Computer networking � System security � Simple programming (e.g. scripting)

Requirements � Fluent in English and Indonesian � Technical skills and fair understanding of computer networks. � Fairly good knowledge of scripting (shell scripting or similar). � The employee must have excellent problem solving skills where he/she can independently identify and break down a problem into smaller tasks. This means that even if the employee does not know exactly how to solve a certain problem beforehand, he/she shall be able to work towards a solution with a logical reasoning and by solving parts of the problem until the whole problem has been solved. � The employee must be able to study technical instructions, whitepapers and online resources independently in order to find information necessary to solve an issue or to answer inquiries from clients or members.
